1. When the centrifuge is in the pre-cooling state, the centrifuge cover must be closed. After the centrifuge is completed, the rotor should be taken out and placed upside down on the experimental table. The remaining water in the chamber should be dried, and the centrifuge cover is open.
2. When the rotor is pre-cooled, the rotor cover can be placed on the platform of the centrifuge, or on the experimental table, and it must not be tightened and floated on the rotor, because the rotor cover will be Will fly out and cause an accident!
3. After tightening the rotor cover, be sure to touch the seamless gap between the rotor and the cover with your fingers. If there is a gap, unscrew and re-tighten the centrifuge until the seamless gap is confirmed.
4. During the centrifugation process, the operator must not leave the centrifuge room. Once an abnormal situation occurs, the operator cannot turn off the power (POWER), and press STOP. Fill in the centrifuge use record before pre-cooling.
5. Do not use inferior and inferior centrifuge tubes, or use aging, deformed or cracked centrifuge tubes.

Matters needing attention in the operation of the centrifuge
1. In order to ensure safety and centrifugal effect, the instrument must be placed on a sturdy level table, and no objects should be placed on the engineering plastic door; the sample must be placed symmetrically, and the nut must be tightened before starting.
2. The rotor should be checked for scratches, corrosion and other phenomena before use. At the same time, the centrifuge cup should be inspected for cracks, aging and other aspects. If there is any doubt, stop using it immediately and contact the factory; be sure to tighten the rotor before starting operation Tighten the nut to prevent the high-speed rotating head from flying out and causing an accident.
3. The speed setting should not exceed the maximum speed to ensure the safe operation of the machine.
4. If 0.00 or other numbers appear during use, the machine does not run, it should be shut down and powered off, restart it after 10 seconds, after the set speed display, press the run button, the machine will run as usual.
5. If the specific gravity of the sample to be separated exceeds 1.2 g / cm3, the maximum speed N must be corrected as follows: N = NMAX * (1.2 / specific gravity of sample) 1/2, NMAX = rotor speed limit.
6. Do not open the door during the operation of the machine or the rotor is not stable to avoid accidents.
7. The centrifuge cup must be filled with the same amount of sample, and the rotor should not be operated under unbalanced conditions.
8. The centrifuge should not exceed 60 minutes at a time.
9. The centrifuge must be reliably grounded; if the machine is not in use, unplug it.
