In the wet season, the packaging plant should pay attention to matters

[China Packaging Network] Some packaging companies often have such problems: when warehouses are piled up too high, anti-adhesion and decolorization always occur, especially during the rainy season. This phenomenon may be related to the ventilation of the warehouse, and may also be related to the ink used.

The main reason for anti-sticking:

1, when the tension is too tight;

2. Drying of printed products is not enough;

3, mixed solvents impure, especially ethyl, ethanol and so on.

Solution:

1, adjust the appropriate winding tension;

2. Strengthen wind power and improve drying temperature;

3. Detect the purity of the solvent.

Among them, the third phenomenon is that the prepared bags are piled up, or the color of the surface of the packaged bag has been transferred to the back of another bag (with or without printing). This phenomenon is only purple or polar. Only a few colors will occur.

Its main reason is color penetration. In other words, when the ink is printed using this color, the ink will soon seep through for a certain period of time, pressure or other special circumstances. Remind the flexible packaging manufacturers to carefully understand the characteristics of the various inks and avoid unnecessary losses.
