3.2 Design Diagram Corrugated carton as an important packaging container, its design mainly includes functional design, structural design and decoration design. The functional design involves the ease of use and storage handling efficiency of the carton. It includes box type selection, product arrangement, moulding, sealing and opening. The structural design includes factors related to packaging strength and protection characteristics, such as selecting the box type, assembly and combination structure, sealing and connection form, attachments, gaskets and the like that are conducive to improving the strength. The decorating design mainly designs the appearance characteristics of the carton, the logo of the transport package, and the printability. 4.2 Corrugated carton structure CAD
The CAD of corrugated box structure mainly includes the following aspects: calculating the compressive strength of the carton, checking the stacking strength of the carton, structural design of the carton box blank, outputting the billet diagram of the box and the paperboard, and the flow chart is shown in Fig.2. The box-type graphic library records the ISO standard carton structure of 14 types of 02 types, including 0200, 0201, 0203, 0204, 0205, 0206, 0210, 0261, 0212, 0215, 0216, 0217, 0218, 0225, etc. Meet the selection of transportation packaging for small electromechanical products. 5. Conclusions Corrugated carton boxes are widely used in the packaging of goods, and they have an absolute advantage in sales packaging and transportation packaging. They are the best transportation packaging containers for wooden boxes. The optimization design of corrugated paper box transportation and packaging system is a multi-objective function and multi-variable optimization problem. The optimization of the objective function is to maximize the utilization of storage space, the corrugated box strength is the constraint condition, and the structure of corrugated paper box, the optimization of the charging scheme and loading mode are More comprehensive carton optimization design, better corrugated boxes of product security protection, convenient storage and transportation functions.
