If the moisture content of the tissue or the liner is high, the drying area will be large, so that the moisture content will drop greatly, if the moisture content of the tissue or the liner is high. If the area is low, the area to be dried will be small, which will reduce the moisture content.

2. Hot plate temperature control: If the moisture content of the facial tissue is high, the hot plate temperature is appropriately increased to reduce the moisture content of the facial tissue.

3. Speed ​​control: If the board is bent, that is, the moisture content of the paper is high and the speed needs to be increased, the board drying time is short, so that the moisture content of the paper is reduced; if the paper board is bent, it means that the moisture content of the paper is high and the speed needs to be high. Lower, the cardboard drying time is longer, thereby greatly reducing the moisture content of the tissue.

4. Eating amount control: The amount of eating paste is mainly for the unbalanced condition of the moisture content in the same roll paper and the same door width. Under the premise of good paste, the part with high moisture content, the amount of eaten paste is small; the part with low water content, Eat a lot of paste to control the uneven moisture condition of the cardboard and prevent warping.

Finally, the newly processed cardboard produced in the latter stage is of high temperature and high humidity, and the water is distributed from the middle to the surrounding area. At this time, the paper must be stacked in a positive and negative direction, pressed with a wooden board, and pushed into a ventilated, easy-to-dissipate place. 4-8 Hours or more, make the paperboard cooler after cooling.

Second, if the cardboard has been bent, can be used to improve the processing method:
1. Before the carton is processed, it is bent or staggered and stacked to level and reduce the degree of warping. 2. For the same direction, warp the board, reduce and fix the height of the paper stack, and be careful of the stacking force to maintain the fixed pressure.
3. Manually assist the cardboard to fall in the correct position for feeding.
4. Adjust the paper feeding auxiliary windmill suction and wind force with the change of the degree of warpage and direction.
5. Increase the front baffle clearance and the position of the rear baffle as the degree of warpage and the direction change, and reduce the cardboard interference phenomenon.
6. Use a rotary front edge feeder to replace the kickboard feeder.
7. The vacuum transfer is used in place of the guide roller transfer.
