In order to fully dissipate the heat of the projector's LCD panel, there are special fans in the machine to cool it with tens of liters of air per minute. The high-speed airflow may also carry tiny dust particles after passing through the filter mesh. They rub against each other to generate static electricity and are attracted to the heat dissipation system. This will adversely affect the projected image, and the liquid crystal panel cannot obtain sufficient heat dissipation. Therefore, it is very important to prevent dust in the use environment of the projector. During use, if the air intake and the dust filter are blocked, the temperature inside the projector will rise rapidly when the airflow is not smooth, which may burn the expensive LCD panel. The micro lenses in the optical system and the components on the motherboard, if they are not cleaned for a long time, will cause poor heat dissipation inside the projector, reduced brightness, and color cast, especially for the life of the LCD panel and lamp.

Cleaning the projector mainly cleans the lens, reflector, half lens, polarizer, liquid crystal panel, condensing prism and ventilation system in the optical system. After cleaning, a series of complicated procedures such as resetting, installation and assembly debugging are required.
