Second, YP524 bottle washing machine technology transformation

Since 1989, some production lines of Yanjing Beer have been using the YP524 double-ended beer bottle washer. In the current market environment, the washing of beer recycling bottles has the irreplaceable advantages of other equipment. However, with the continuous development and changes in the beer market, the variety of bottle types, labels, and adhesives has continued to increase, especially with the advent of the current standard aluminum foil, which has set new and higher requirements for bottle washing equipment and processes.

During the long-term use of various bottle washers, we believe that the YP524 double-end bottle washer is more adaptable to the washing requirements of current beer recycling bottles. Therefore, during the service period, we conducted extensive discussions and research with the manufacturer of the bottle washing machine, and performed a series of technical improvements on the bottle washing machine in a timely manner.
The first is the improvement of the standardization technology. The original third tank drum filtration was completely improved, the discharge flow rate of the cleaning fluid was increased, and the original bottle was sprayed and removed from the alkali liquor. The bottle is sprayed on the surface of the liquid to remove the mark, so that it is impossible for the bottle from which the label is removed to bring the suspension paper in the lye to the next soaking tank.

Followed by the technical improvement of the bottle holder, the carrier and the carrier chain are assembled by lap-mounting, which makes the dismantling and overhauling more convenient. The bottle carrier adopts deep-drawn cold-rolled steel plate as a whole deep-drawing and punching system. Its structure design is novel and unique, which is more conducive to comprehensive and thorough bottle-removal and washing of the bottle. The bottle rack plywood is made of high-quality steel plate. The rigidity of the bottle rack is strengthened, and the new bottle rack is greatly enhanced regardless of its use effect or service life.

In addition, some effective adjustments have been made to the bottle washing process. As we all know, the emergence of aluminum foil head marks has raised new issues for bottle washing equipment, processes, and environmental protection. The heading aluminum foil and the caustic soda in the washing liquid chemically react to generate salts, hydrogen, and water, which consumes a large amount of alkali in the washing liquid and reduces the washing effect of the washing liquid. The bigger problem is that these salt components are carried to the next tank along with the bottle rack and the bottle wall, accelerating the contamination of the washing liquid in the subsequent tank, and even if the subsequent tank is refilled with alkali, it has little effect. The frequent replenishment of lye or replacement of baths is a great waste, and also increases the burden of sewage treatment.

Faced with these problems, the YP524 bottle washer has shown its unique advantages. It has five washing liquid soaking tanks and three circulating water tanks, which brings great convenience to the adjustment of the washing bottle process.

First of all, the bottle is a pre-rinse of recycled water before it enters the soaking tank. It is a powerful spray inside and outside the bottle. It removes plastic straws, dust and mud, and other debris. It also warms up the bottle and greatly reduces the follow-up tank. Washing fluid contamination and consumption.

Secondly, the temperature and concentration of the first soaking tank cleaning solution are appropriately increased, which is mainly used for quickly reacting the head label aluminum foil paper to reduce the concentration of the second soaking tank cleaning solution, and is mainly used for diluting and cleaning salt components on the bottle carrier assembly and the bottle wall. , To reduce the pollution of the rear tank liquid, greatly improving the efficiency of bottle washing, prolonging the replacement cycle of the washing liquid, saving energy and reducing the burden of sewage treatment.

In addition, the bottles with most of the headers removed are continuously immersed in three, four, and five tanks. Each time one tank is immersed, the washing liquid in the bottle is replaced once, so that the contents inside and outside the bottle are fully softened and reacted. When passing through the third slot, a one-time standard flushing and six-line lye bottle follow-up flushing is performed. When passing through the fifth tank (clear water tank), lye dilution and another standard rinsing are performed to completely remove the contents inside and outside the bottle.

Finally, the bottle enters a complete internal and external cleaning and disinfection, including two rows of secondary circulation water, four rows of one cycle of water, two rows of new water in the bottle follow-up rinse, plus four bottles of external fixed irrigation, making the inside and outside of the bottle fully Washing and sterilizing, after fully draining, are automatically discharged by the bottle unloader.

Through years of improved use, the alkaline consumption of the YP524 washing machine is significantly lower than that of the single-ended bottle washing machine. The following table shows the average annual consumption of washing machines in our company in 2004.

Three, YP624 Bottle Washer Introduction

YP624 double-end bottle washing machine has made some technical improvements and enhancements on the washing head mark and mark removal, and has a variety of advanced features, making the bottle washing process adjustment more convenient and flexible.

1. Based on the YP524A bottle washer, the YP624 bottle washer adds one soaking tank. The standard equipment, drive system, and piping system are also adjusted and optimized accordingly.

2. YP624 bottle washing process, the pre-rinsed bottles are continuously immersed in six tanks of washing liquid. The functions of the first, second and third tanks are basically the same as those of the YP524A one and two tanks, and they are added once in the third tank. In addition to the standard flush, to remove the majority of the outside of the bottle and the stolen goods. When passing through the fourth slot, a standard flush and six-line caustic bottle follow-up flushing are performed. After the alkali cleaning, the bottle enters the clean water tank (sixth tank) to be diluted with lye and is again subjected to standard cleaning to thoroughly remove the foreign matter inside and outside the bottle, and finally enters the complete internal and external cleaning and disinfection.

3. To further save energy and reduce consumption, there are six washing liquid soaking tanks and a three-pass removal system, which uses different washing process methods for different production conditions, and also provides flexibility, and the adjustment is extremely convenient. Because of the buffering of the third tank, the heading reactants basically remain in the first three tanks, the third tank has a small volume, and there is little alkali exchange every time. Therefore, the YP624 bottle washing machine further reduces the consumption of washing liquid and reduces the environmental pollution caused by large amounts of emissions. The temperature curve is also more gentle, and the chance of breaking bottles is even smaller.

4.
