Screen printing/waterless offset printing press available

The servo drive combines a plane screen printing machine and an offset printing machine for direct imaging of offset printing plates. After 1 screen printing machine, 4 waterless offset printing uV printing units are equipped. The optional components include hot stamping and compounding. Glossing and printing gold and silver ink gravure printing unit.

The offset printing direct-to-plate system and the screen-to-plate system developed by Kammann have played a major role in the K61OS combination printing machine.

(1) RfP on the direct platemaking system can handle Postscript files. Can handle PDF files again.

(2) The offset printing plate is directly imaged on the plate cylinder, and the plate is directly inserted into the offset printing unit through the side frame.

(3) The printing machine adopts the design method of central input data, and the data such as printing length, material tension, scraper action, material thickness, etc. can be saved. Repeated jobs can call up these data for use by the machine.

The screen printing unit uses a pressure counting drum to optimize the transfer of ink from the screen to the substrate. Aluminum screen frames can be reused multiple times. The waterless offset printing unit is equipped with a servo-driven plate cylinder, suitable for all printing lengths. In the same way, the round die-cutting die set has a fixed-diameter magnetic cylinder that is suitable for various repeat lengths.

The thinnest material that this machine can print is up to 25um. The water cooling roller is arranged on the uV curing unit. The maximum printing width of the offset printing unit is 340mm, the maximum printing width of the screen printing unit is 3 50mm, and the printing length range is 1778~3556mm. The maximum printing speed can reach 35m/min at the maximum repeat length.
