Precautions during the test of the vibration tester

First, the test piece must be rigidly installed on the test bench, otherwise it will produce resonance and waveform distortion, affecting the correct test of the test piece. In the vibration test of the test piece, it cannot be disassembled . If necessary , the machine must be shut down first.

      Second, the vibration tester used in the test fixture should be used correctly and guaranteed to be fixed , to avoid causing personal injury and damage to equipment.

      3. If any abnormality occurs in the test , the test shall be stopped immediately to avoid damage to the equipment.

      Fourth, the system must not touch the sensor during operation.

      5. When the vibration tester is working, do not place objects that are magnetic or unfriendly to magnetism (such as watches, etc.) near the vibration generator.

      Sixth, in order to allow the power amplifier module and the table body having a sufficient cooling time after the switch-off signal it must be cooled after 7-10 minutes before disconnecting power amplifier leakage breaker.

      7. It is absolutely forbidden to close the control box and the microcomputer power supply before turning off the power amplifier, otherwise it will cause impact or even damage to the power amplifier and the vibration table.
