Test conditions and methods for suspended particles of laminar flow hood
Test conditions for suspended particles of laminar flow hood:
1. The concentration of particles in the laminar flow hood ≥0.5μm should not be less than 35000/L.
2. The particle concentration test at the suction vent of the laminar flow hood needs to be carried out in the time of testing the particle concentration in the operating area of the clean bench. It needs to be measured 5 times.
3. Detection instrument: CLJ-BII type (DC) dust particle counter.
Laminar flow hood suspension particle test method:
1. Turn off the clean air conditioner so that the indoor concentration of ≥0.5μm is greater than 35000/L, and the concentration of the suction port ≥0.5μm is not less than 35000/L.
2. When the particle concentration at the suction port reaches a stable condition, test 5 times continuously at the center of the parallel section 250 mm away from the main filter or the rectifying grid outlet, and find the average value.
3. When a 5μm particle appears in the test, it should be sampled multiple times. When it appears multiple times, the test value is considered to be reliable.
4. Acceptable standard: ≥0.5μm particle concentration is less than 3.5/L, and ≥5μm particles are not allowed.
5. Record the test result record.
