The unit has a full set of functions for material crushing, heating and melting, and traction and pelletizing. It can be used to mechanically crush, heat and cut used plastic products such as waste woven bags and greenhouse films to produce recycled plastic pellets, which can be directly used for the development of plastic products. Production and filling and mixing can greatly reduce production costs, and have been widely used in industries where use and requirements are not high. Each ton of waste plastics can be valued by more than 4 to 8 times through this machine, and net profit of 300 to 800 yuan per ton can be obtained. The machine has an output of 50-75 kilograms per hour, good particle quality, good plasticization, and pure color.
