The eddy current displacement amplitude measuring instrument is a non-contact measuring instrument made according to the eddy current principle, which is composed of a sensor, an indicator and an accessory micrometer. The eddy current sensor has the characteristics of large measurement linear range, independent of the medium between the measured body and the sensor, small size, easy installation, strong anti-interference ability, etc. It can be widely used to measure various types of aircraft engines, turbines, compressors, motors The axial displacement and radial vibration of the rotating machinery and the trajectory of the shaft can also be applied to various other occasions where displacement and vibration need to be measured.
The instrument has single-channel, two-channel and six-channel, etc., users can choose sensors with different ranges and instruments with different measurement channels according to their needs. Each channel has terminals for displacement output, amplitude output, and amplitude level output. (The displacement measuring instrument has only displacement output terminals) It can be connected with digital voltmeter, oscilloscope, recorder, spectrum analyzer and other instruments for observation. The measuring instrument directly displays the displacement value or amplitude peak-to-peak value of the measured body.

4. Working principle
1. Sensors and transducers
According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, when the magnetic flux in a metal conductor changes, an induced current will be generated in the conductor, so that the streamline of the current closes itself in the metal body, usually called eddy current, and the generation of eddy current is inevitable To consume a part of the magnetic field energy, so that the impedance of the magnetic field coil changes, the principle of the eddy current sensor is based on this eddy current effect, which uses this eddy current effect to convert the change in distance into a change in electricity.
The converter provides a high-frequency excitation signal for the sensor, so that a high-frequency alternating magnetic field is generated in the working area of ​​the sensor. Through the reasonable matching of the converter and the sensor, the measured (displacement, amplitude or other parameters) and the electric quantity are completed ( Voltage), the sensor and the converter should be connected by number, not interchangeable, please pay attention to the user, and the converter and the measurement
