The project of "Development of Key Automotive Lightweight Technologies and Integrated Application of Complete Vehicles" will break through lightweight design technology and evaluation methods of bodywork, stamping hot forming technology of ultra-high-strength steel parts, advanced forming technology of high-strength steel parts through three years of efforts The key technology of automobile lightweight is the modular design and application technology of fiber reinforced plastics, the development and manufacturing technology of deformed aluminum alloy parts, and the integration and application of multiple lightweight technologies aiming at the weight reduction of the entire vehicle. After the completion of the project, the application of the above technologies to 2-4 target models will be achieved, and 5 lightweight models will be developed to achieve a 5-8% weight reduction of fuel cars and 10% weight reduction of hybrid buses in the target models. Fuel-car sedan crash safety reaches C-NCAP 4 stars and above. At the same time, it will also complete "China's automotive lightweight technology strategic research" work, establish lightweight design and evaluation methods for car bodies, and propose lightweight design and lightweight materials for key automotive components. Production and application related technical specification system framework, completed the compilation of no less than 16 technical specifications, initially established a database of automotive lightweight materials and key parts and components serving the entire industry, and trained a group of professional talents.
