It is best to add dispersant and wetting agent during the production of color paste. The production of color paste technology is scientific and meticulous. It plays an absolute role in the quality of water-based ink.
In the printing process, if the viscosity is too low, the color will be light, and the high viscosity will cause the phenomenon of dirty plate, stencil, etc. Therefore, if the transfer agent is difficult to control, the transfer agent can be added to improve the transfer effect and increase the vividness and three-dimensionality.
General aqueous ink fineness requirements around 20μm, too thin or too large water-based ink will have an impact on its fluidity and rheology. General ordinary water-based ink viscosity is controlled at 25\\~35\\/25°C (coating 4# cups). Because the viscosity directly affects the ink transferability and print quality.
