Nissei ASB can provide one-step, 1.5-step and two-step equipment. The ASBÂ®150DP is used to produce wide containers with a bottle neck size of 220mm. For high-speed, economical beverage bottle production, it introduced the 1.5-step process equipment PF84B VK4. Here, the preform is only partially cooled before reheating, and in this respect it should be regarded as a so-called two-step model.
