The application of the promotion of honeycomb paperboard conforms to the country’s industrial policy and has a huge market potential. The factory and Tianjin University of Light Industry jointly developed a honeycomb paperboard production equipment. The equipment consists of two independently installed honeycomb paper core production lines and honeycomb paperboard production lines.
Honeycomb paper core production line consists of uncoiler, double paper single-side horizontal synchronous gluing machine, and paper cutter. Stacked paper conveyor, stacker, and paper press. The newly developed horizontal gluing system adopts a standard paper web and can produce a 1.6m wide honeycomb paperboard, which is not limited by the width of the paper web, and overcomes the vertical gluing system adopted by the traditional honeycomb paperboard production equipment. The requirements are strict and the disadvantages of large-size honeycomb paperboard cannot be produced. At the same time, after sizing in the longitudinal direction, it is necessary to cut off the round arc of the end and waste the glue and paper, so that the horizontal gluing process can increase the paper utilization rate of the longitudinal gluing system from less than 80% to over 90%.
