Paper peeling phenomenon and solution during printing

If the strength of the coating on the surface of the paper is poor, the surface of the paper may be partially peeled off and peeled off during the printing process, thereby contaminating or even damaging the blanket. Frequent cleaning and replacement of the rubber may cause the printing efficiency and quality to deteriorate. At the same time, skinning is also the main reason for the loss of elasticity on the surface of the blanket.

Solution:

Use slightly softer ink

· Decrease the viscosity of the ink (addition of ink)

Correctly set up the press for proper operation

·Slightly increase the ink roller temperature (constant temperature system)

Reduce the printing speed, can reduce the peeling force

· Choose a blanket with good release properties

· Use high quality paper
