The use of aluminum anti-theft caps for wine packaging advantages

  First, the sealing performance

In the past, many people believed that cork stoppers are best used for bottled wines. Cork stoppers are the best way to completely insulate the air, which is beneficial to the development and maturity of the wine in the bottle. Recently, Australia's Soscop Wine Company announced the latest research results: Oxygen is not required during the continued development of bottled wines. For the development of high-quality wines, the ideal stopper should be stable with low permeability even Zero permeability. The most commonly used stoppers in the wine industry (mainly traditional natural cork stoppers and synthetic stoppers) are either too porous or unstable in permeability. And there are errors in different bottle mouths, and the different degree of sealing is caused by different elasticity of cork stoppers.                

    The aluminum anti-theft bottle cap uses a special sealing material in its inner pad. Its low permeability and zero permeability properties effectively prevent the wine inside the bottle from being oxidized, leaving the wine fresh and retaining fruity notes. Longer storage time will not produce any chemicals. Currently on the market, gaskets are mainly used: Saran/tin and Saranex.     The main component of the two gaskets is foamed PE material, which has a high degree of elasticity, can meet the error size between different bottles and ensure the sealing effect.

Second, easy to use  

              

   Aluminum anti-theft caps are easy to open without special tools. If a cork stopper is used, it is inconvenient to open, requires a special opener, and wastes time, and sometimes there is a phenomenon that the cork stopper cannot be opened. There are more and more occasions for drinking wine, especially in wedding parties, picnics, aviation wine, etc. Sometimes there is no opener and drinking is very inconvenient.

    Bottled wines are not finished at once and can be screwed tightly with aluminum anti-theft caps. If cork stoppers are used, it is very difficult to re-plug and re-open them, and bacteria can enter them.                

Third, health and environmental protection requirements                

    The raw material of cork is a bark of cork oak, which is mainly concentrated in the Mediterranean region. After 25 years of age, the cork oak has entered the bark stripping period. And the stripping cycle is at least 9 years. Therefore, the raw material is very short. With the continuous improvement of people’s material and cultural living standards, consumption of spirits has become less and less, wine has been increasingly consumed by people, and the amount of cork stoppers has been increasing, and resources have been exhausted. After use, cork cannot be recycled, causing environmental pollution. The resources of bauxite are relatively abundant, and aluminum anti-theft caps can be recycled after use, and will not cause environmental pollution.                

    After years of wine aging with cork stoppers, bottled wines sealed with synthetic stoppers are generally oxidized, and wines sealed with natural stoppers are highly contaminated with oak because the cork stopper produces a compound TAC (trichlorobenzene) during storage. Methyl ether). The gasket of the aluminum anti-theft bottle cap, which is in contact with the wine, is a PVDC coating with a thickness of 0.20 μm.       Fourth, production and cost aspects

At present, our company has seven fully automated paint production lines, six roll production lines, and more than five million aluminum anti-theft caps.                

    The cork production cycle is long. Cork process for the collection of raw materials - raw material drying - raw softwood cooking - primary processing (sorting, cutting, cutting, sorting) - finishing (grinding, cleaning, drying, grading) - after processing (hot stamping, surface Handling, counting sterilization packaging).     V. Expert conclusions

    Wines sealed with screwcap are better than cork-sealed wines.                

    This conclusion is drawn from an expert tasting event organised by International Wine magazine. International Wine magazine organized this wine tasting event to resolve the dispute between cork and screwcap. The sommeliers hired by the organizers are internationally renowned wine experts, including Michel Rolland and Peter Gago, the famous wine consultants of Penfolds. Experts tasted 40 wines, each sealed in four forms: natural cork Plugs, synthetic corks, screwcap caps, and regular wine caps. As a result of the review, experts praised 21 of the wines sealed with screwcap caps. Among them, Australia's 1996 Penfolds wine sealed with screwcap caps was one of the highest scorers, and 77%% of the evaluation experts gave it a high rating.
