UV Varnish and UV Ink Curing Test Method:
1) Press the crucible with the paper and ink layers. If the surface layer is cured and the bottom layer is not cured, the surface layer will be worn out;
2) Put the printed paper on the printer for 24 hours. If it is cured completely, it will not smell any odor. If you ask the gloss or ink odor, it means there is an incompletely cured component;
3) Use a pin to mark the surface of the light, and then observe it with a 200x magnifying glass. The scratch is jagged, indicating that it has cured;
4) Drop on the surface of the film with acetone or ethanol. If the film is quickly dissolved, it means that it is not completely cured. If it is the opposite, it means that the curing is complete.
