[Reporter]: The harvest of Guanzhu at this year's Canton Fair should be great?


[Li Xiaosheng]: I feel very good. We have invested a lot in Guangdong this year. No matter whether it is manpower, decoration or service, it is more powerful than in previous years. Now mainly in cooperation with import and export companies, Foshan has more than 3,000 import and export companies, the volume is still relatively large.

[Reporter]: What is the current ratio of Guanzhu's domestic market to foreign market?


[Li Xiaosheng]: Our domestic sales have an absolute advantage. There are 16 brands in China, 4276 dealers and more than 16,000 stores. In Guangzhou, there are shops in Tianhe, Haizhu, Panyu, Huadu, Zengcheng and Xintang. And also extended to the town, Sanshui, Lecong, Guicheng all have stores. Of course, our export is not bad.


[Reporter]: The sales channels in the country have been more comprehensively paved. Is this still further expanding in terms of channels?

[Li Xiaosheng]: The channel is still step by step, our company is relatively large, and the management of the store is also in place. We have our own plans and strategies. We will renovate all the stores that were renovated before 2011 within two years of this year and renovate them according to the company's latest templates. We have several large channels, retail and engineering are relatively large, distribution is good, and the home is equipped with better improvement. Now group buying is also better, and the growth is faster.


[Reporter]: Is there any plan for market terminal activities this year?

[Li Xiaosheng]: I plan to do 100 games this year. Zengcheng, Longgang, Hezhou, Handan, Shijiazhuang, and Beijing have all done it, and tomorrow is done in Nanning. This year, we plan to do a hundred star signings around the country. We have invited a lot of stars, mainly Miss World. Miss Zhou Xinyi is the leader of the star signing event and is also our image spokesperson.


[Reporter]: Many companies feel that 2012 is a "cold winter". What do you think about this problem?


[Li Xiaosheng]: Since last year, many companies have gone down the road, but we have grown against the trend. At present, our production capacity and sales are the largest in the world. We will be making an important effort this year because we have strength and our strength is reflected in the following two aspects:


On the one hand, we have a very strong network with 4,276 dealers, and the channel team below is more powerful. A very important point this year is to open up. Many manufacturers choose to cut jobs at this time, which will inevitably lose some excellent resources and excellent channels. Therefore, we plan to add more than 1,000 customers this year and march toward the goal of 6,000 customers.


Guanzhu's customer loyalty is quite high, many have been doing it for more than 15 years, and some have been doing it for 18 years. There are two reasons for this. First, the two sides can achieve a win-win situation. This is fundamental. Second, we treat the culture of the manufacturers. We support the dealers, so the dealers are very loyal to us. Now even the best brands, let our dealers do not make the crown, they will not accept, because at a certain stage, the terminal is also supported by this platform, leaving this platform is not the same.


[Reporter]: When Guanzhu chooses a cooperative dealer, what are the requirements?

[Li Xiaosheng]: Our customers must have a store. It is difficult to sign a contract below 100%, so the store is not small. This year, there will be 100 million customers, 200 million customers, and 300 million customers. The company is developing and customers are fast-moving, so that they can advance each other. Some dealers are falling behind, we have to rectify; if not rectify, narrow down the area he is responsible for. For example, if you don't do well in Foshan, you will narrow down the area in charge of him, cut Sanshui and Gaoming, or cut it out in Shunde and Nanhai, forcing him to do well. We don't throw away dealers directly in a simple and rude form like many other companies. According to our model, everyone is also very stressed, but this is a must.


Confidence and not arrogance to the goal of "double tens of billions"


[Li Xiaosheng]: On the other hand, we have strong productivity, and there are not many products in the industry that can compete with us. We have acquired a lot of factories in the past few years and the profit model has been very successful. We are going to expand now, and we will not rule out the merger of some factories in the future, but we are not blindly expanding, we will master the rhythm. At present, the production capacity of our own four bases is still sufficient, and we will have to take another step in the future. We have a five-year plan to achieve the goal of “double tens of billions” in five years, that is, to achieve a production capacity of 10 billion ceramic tiles and a production capacity of 10 billion yuan. This year is the second year. At present, the tiles are approaching the target, and the real estate is relatively benign.

[Reporter]: The tile is close to the target? It seems that the development situation is very good.


[Li Xiaosheng]: We believe that achieving such a goal is not too much a problem. But it can't be careless because the entire market is constantly changing. But after all, Guanzhu is the group's first brand, regardless of brand awareness or corporate network customers, have advantages over many brands. At present, it is also the strongest product category, polishing, antique, exterior wall, bathroom, wear-resistant brick, micro-crystal, smart toilet, etc. are very strong. Now Guanzhu exterior wall tiles are also the second largest brand in Guangdong, and there will be more categories in the future. Our production and sales have always been relatively balanced, relatively stable, and have been expanding production lines.


Being strong and growing is not so easy. It requires comprehensive advantages and development step by step. It needs to be done very well from production, network, management and dealers. Guanzhu has paid a lot in these 20 years, and of course has precipitated many advantages.
