[Reporter]: What are the new products brought by this exhibition?

I don’t think there is much change from the shape and appearance of the product itself. Now the whole market feels mainly to reflect the function of the service. As a factory, a cabinet factory, a production-type factory, many of the accessories it uses, not only our hardware, but also paints, plates, etc., it definitely needs to have A more comprehensive supplier gives it service. We are a company that can relatively produce a complete set of products, so we have two characteristics that are reflected in the whole exhibition. The first one is its professionalism. There may be some exhibitions that do slides. I only show slides. And its comprehensiveness and service, we belong to the second category.

[Shen Lili]: Yes, we usually have three or four hundred factories in Shanghai that we have long-term cooperation with us. We are constantly updating and eliminating each year. [Reporter]: You just said that this exhibition brings a lot of new products. What are the competitive strategies for promoting new products?


[Shen Lili]: It must be there. To promote new products, we must first show the functionality of this product to the customers, Party A, and designers we use. So in the first aspect, we are doing this work through our professional team for the promotion of our entire market, for decoration companies, real estate companies and designers through the professional and technical support of these products. The second one, as a demonstration of new products, will show you some new products through our exhibition just mentioned. The third one is mainly to promote the factories we actually use through the salesmen, so that some of the projects they are involved in, or Party A, are doing some promotion, because we rely on our own sales force. The real estate companies, decoration companies and design companies involved are limited, let our customers promote our functional things to our customers, let our customers promote them again, so that they can copy without limit, can This channel is deeper and broader, and it can truly make consumers understand the convenience, practicality and some humanized details that our hardware brings to them. [Shen Lili]: Yes, we are also doing some promotion in this area on other websites, or we are in some outdoor advertising. We have never stopped advertising in Shanghai since its establishment in 2000. We should say that from outdoor advertising, TV commercials, including online advertising, we have not interrupted.


[Reporter]: Now that the affordable housing is about to be delivered, is there a piece of hardcover and affordable housing in our company?


[Shen Lili]: Yes, many, we have some strategic cooperation with Shanghai Greenland, Vanke Real Estate, Chengxin Real Estate, and Shui On Group. Basically, the projects we do are high-end, low-end, we don't do it, because our products have their positioning, they must be mid-range or above. In the fully renovated real estate, we have done a lot, and many of Shanghai's iconic all-decorated real estates are made by us.

[Shen Lili]: We should have done this for several years. Starting from the whole renovation of the real estate, we will promote them to the cabinet factory. After the cabinet brand is confirmed, we will promote the hardware to it, and then enter it from Party A, and then Use some of our brands.


[Reporter]: Because the home market in the past two years is not very prosperous, I wonder if our company's performance in the first half of the year has been affected?


[Shen Lili]: We are very good. I have always heard it in the industry. It seems that this year is a very bad year, and the first half of this year is now in late May. Many companies are falling, with varying degrees. The decline, but our company from the first quarter of this year, including April, we should say that there is more than 30% growth, it should be said that the effect is higher than we expected. Our growth is for a reason, because many companies may do some aspects of their products and services. The channels are relatively simplistic. I don’t think that my products can be multi-faceted. Just like our hardware, our channel has been faced before. Furniture factory, cabinet factory, our hardware accessories will not face the real estate company, face the designer, we have to open this piece, this is the first. The second one, the key is the service. Now the society sells products not just selling a product. For example, I buy a slide and buy a hinge. I don’t just buy a slide. I bought this slide. This hinge is the brand culture of this enterprise, what is culture, and service is an important part. As a user of a product, our users are factories, and our end users are consumers. From the factory, it is easy to install. Its installation size is standard, including the configuration we gave it in the early stage. Including its installation instructions to be in place, the late delivery service to keep up, after-sales service to keep up, this piece we have professional pre-sale, sale, after-sales professional team to serve them, we have specialized technology Department, sales department, after-sales department, delivery and transportation department.
