One; register [a few positioning methods are indispensable]

There are three factors that affect the accuracy of the registration: The first element is whether the machine's input/positioning system is correctly tuned to ensure that each substrate is accurately positioned each time it is transported from the input to the print positioning device; the second element is each Whether the tension of a screen is consistent or not; the third element is whether the substrate is influenced by various factors of the machine and the workshop in the process of multiple printing. Dealing with the problems involved in the above three factors can only be accurate. Here, the method of locating the above three elements using the positioning method of insurance and its source can be solved in time.

1; overlap film positioning

First, a piece of transparent film is fixed on the surface of the printing material for printing, and so on, overprinting the units one by one to print images, which can intuitively distinguish the position relationship between the image and the substrate, and is suitable for silk screen printing on transparent materials. When positioning, the second color pattern may be screen printed on the film, and covered with a thin mold printed with the first color pattern, so that the same position of the two-color pattern meets the design size requirements, and then the thin mold with the first color image printed thereon The platform is glued firmly, and the purpose of positioning can be achieved by simply overlapping the transparent workpiece with the first color pattern and the first color pattern on the platform in the screen printing second color pattern room. After the overlay is positioned correctly, the related process parameter adjustments are fixed and mass production operations can be performed.

2; mark insurance positioning

To overprint the next color version, the loading version shall be based on the position marking device of the previous color version; the net distance; the flatness of the screen shall be the same as the previous color version. On the upper version; under the color version of the set of positioning, is the color of the school version of the template against the rules, and to (inspiratory, etc.) fixed. Put the screen plate with the color plate mark in the grid frame fixture. Observe the pattern matching of the screen plate pattern and the school plate pattern, and slowly move the frame to align the two. At this time, tighten the clamp first. Under normal circumstances, the fitting error is 0.5mm. After 2~3 pieces of test printing, it means basically stable, then you can confirm the adjustment method, or fine-tune Ink pad, or fine-tuning screen fixtures, should not blindly twisted, and even mess up the rules, so that the whole batch of substrates is not allowed to overprint, but can not arbitrarily change the baffle.

3; model with limited position

For the weekly printing service, the bearing under the bottle supports both the rotation of the container under the wire mesh and the use of the groove of the container to limit the positioning of the left and right crossways; for the local printing service, the bottle is loaded into special bottles. The two-piece mold base is matched with the outer contour of the bottle and acts as a force support; their mouths are covered with air nozzle parts and also have the role of auxiliary positioning.

4; Vacuum adsorption positioning
