two. Software problem
1. Open the Start Program---Control Panel---Printer and Fax. Right-click to open --- thermal printer --- attribute --- there is a print test page item under the general, click to print if there is no problem with the driver, if you can not print, see the second solution below.
2. If the first test page cannot be printed normally, you need to adjust the port or reinstall the driver of the printer. First, test if the port of the printer is not set or there is a problem with the settings.
(1) Check what printer is this printer
A. Parallel printer B. USB printer C. Network printer D. Serial printer (2) Parallel printer selects one of LPT1, LPT2, LPT3 in the drive port (3) If it is a serial printer, select COM1, COM2, COM3 Any of COM4
(4) If it is a USB port printer, select the USB virtual printer port in the drive (5) If it is a printer on the network port, select the TCP/IP port. If there is no TCP/IP at this time, you can add a TCP/IP network port by adding a port. And configure the corresponding IP address.
3. When the port is also set correctly, if the test page is still not printed, reinstall the printer driver. And set the printer port as above.
