This reagent is for research use only: This kit is used to determine the level of rabies antibodies in serum, plasma and related fluid samples. Experimental principle: This kit uses the double antigen sandwich method to determine the antibody level of rabies in the specimen. The microporous plate is coated with the purified antigen to prepare a solid phase antigen, and the rabies antibody is sequentially added to the microwell of the coated monoclonal antibody, and then combined with the HRP-labeled antigen to form an antigen-antibody-enzyme-labeled antigen complex. After washing, the substrate TMB was developed. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and converted to the final yellow color by the action of an acid. The color depth is positively correlated with rabies antibodies in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) was measured with a microplate reader at a wavelength of 450 nm, and the concentration of rabies antibody in the sample was calculated from a standard curve.
