1. Before using, observe whether the bubble behind the top beam of the mechanical balance is in the center of the circle to determine whether the balance is horizontal. If it is not in the center of the circle, you need to adjust the knobs under the two front feet of the balance to correct the bubble position;
2. Check if the lifting lugs at both ends of the balance beam are hung;
3. Check if the weight index disk is at zero;
4. Turn on the balance switch knob and adjust the lever on the bottom of the balance so that the cursor is at 0 position;
5, after adjusting the 0 point, first use the balance to estimate the quality of the container containing the substance;
6. Place the estimated container into the center of the left weighing pan, and then put the estimated weighing in the center of the right weighing pan with the analytical balance weight, then slowly open the balance halfway and observe whether the screen indicates that it is within the scale. . If not in the readable range, you can increase or decrease the ring code. Note that the increase or decrease weight must be made when the balance is closed. Then record the quality of the container;
7. After adding material to the left disc container during the closing of the balance, open the balance switch knob and observe if the pointer is at the correct scale. Note that when adding, reducing substances or weights, it should be done when the balance is off.
8. Check if the ring code scale is 0 after weighing and removing the item and weight.
