Cracked sheet or liner crack problem solved

Under normal working conditions, when the line is pressed, the cardboard of the line is folded, the line is straight, and the folding angle is a rounded arc angle; when folded, it is double lined and the box is good. However, when there is a crack or break in the face paper or inside paper, it will affect the quality of the box. The reason is as follows:

One is that the surface paper or the paper fiber is short and is not resistant to breakage;

Second, the board is too dry when it goes offline;

Third, the pressure during the pressure line operation is too large;

Fourth, the width of the pressure line is too narrow.

Solution:

1. Replace the quality of some of the paper or paper;

2. Adjust the moisture content of the cardboard off-line, and solve the problem of the paperboard that has gone offline through spray and other moisture regaining measures;

3. According to different types of corrugated cardboard and three, five, seven cardboard thickness adjustment of the pressure of the press;

4. The line width of the three-layer box should not be less than 8mm. If it is lower than this standard, there will be cracks in the best surface paper or inner paper.

The adoption of fully automatic press equipment has led to an increase in the efficiency of the company. However, these problems also exist, and effective control is also required. It is normal for these problems to appear once, but it is abnormal to have no effective control after they appear. The key to the improvement of product quality is the full automation of the process. Simply relying on any individual control will not work.
